The Seasons

I never fully enjoy the swampiness of DC summers until they pass and it's winter.  Although this winter has been particularity mild, I still find myself missing my sundresses.  So I decided to wear a sundress to work today (with tights and a thick sweater over my dress) but....a SUNDRESS!

And THICK wool socks.

I'm all sniffly with a cold.  Please, Spring, I promise I'll revel in you. 

Boston

I was in Boston this past weekend and despite JUST getting over what I have been referring to as the "bubonic plague" (copyright), I felt pretty ok the WHOLE weekend.  Even though it was in the low teens the entire time.  Son of a...

But I got to catch up with my best friend and my sister.  I had not seen either of them in a month, so...that feels like a long time.

And took some pictures!  Behold!

Lights

Christian and I did some drive-by photos of crazy-ass Christmas house displays.  For some of the photos we couldn't stop since the houses were on busy roads/Christian didn't feel like stopping.

Some are blurry (we were moving) and I didn't have a tripod once we got out.  Here ya go!
